Column - Practical Magic
Issues In Link Planning and Design Links are so new that they are still evolving. Designers continue to struggle with three questions about links: What level of terms should I link? How many links should I have in a topic? and Where should I put the links? Because there are no single correct answers to these questions, this column examines the benefits and drawbacks of various approaches and provides information to help determine the answer that best works for you.

Column - The Reluctant Trainer
The Reluctant Student Reluctant students - those not wanting to take a class - can be the most difficult to reach; yet the success of your training course can hinge on engaging them. Students can be reluctant for a variety of reasons. Learn several techniques to help address reluctant learners.
